All couples and marriages require work and are bound to face challenges of all sizes. Simple everyday stressors can strain an intimate relationship, and major sources of stress like: money problems, addictions, health concerns, family life cycle events, and intimacy issues, may threaten the stability of any relationship.

No matter the cause, conflict in a relationship can create undue stress, tension, sadness, worry, fear and even contribute to substance abuse. You may hope your relationship troubles will just go away. But left alone, a bad relationship may only worsen and eventually lead to more severe physical or psychological problems.

I work with pre-marital couples, couples who are married and looking to just fix some aspects of their marriage and couples in crisis. Making the first appointment is the hardest step.
