Individual Therapy
You probably already know that something is bothering you if you have come to my website. There is either something you no longer want in your life (like anxiety, addiction, depression, loneliness, or anger) or something you want to change (such as your career, sense of peace, healthier relationships). If this is true, and you have the desire to change it, you are ready for therapy.
I offer individual therapy for men and women of all ages. As a part of individual therapy - I seek to assist clients in achieving various goals which are as unique as each person. I often work with people wanting to work on trauma, anxiety, stress, adjustment, grief, and relational difficulties. I employ a systemic lens when working with individuals.
